Cooling fan
Axial flow fan:The airflow in the same direction as the axis of the fan blades, such as an electric fan or an external fan of an air conditioner, operates in an axial flow mode. The reason why it is called "axial flow" is because the gas flows parallel to the fan shaft. Axial flow fans are usually used in situations with high flow requirements and low pressure requirements. The axial flow fan is fixed in position and moves the air. The axial flow fan mainly consists of the fan impeller and casing, with a simple structure but very high data requirements.
Cross flow fan:The biggest characteristic of a cross flow fan is that the fluid flows through the fan impeller twice, flows in radially and then out radially. The intake and exhaust directions are in the same plane, and the exhaust gas is evenly distributed along the width direction of the fan. Because of its simple structure, small volume and high dynamic pressure coefficient, it has a long distance to reach, and is widely used in laser instruments, air conditioners, air curtain equipment, dryers, hair dryers, household appliances and grain combine harvester
Air blower:The blower mainly consists of the following six parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base (also known as oil tank), and drip nozzle.
Bearing classification
Oil bearing:Porous Bearing, mainly made of metal powder, is a sintered body made by powder metallurgy. It is inherently porous and has the technical advantages of freely adjusting the number, size, shape, and distribution of pores during the manufacturing process.
Hydraulic bearings:Hydraulic Bearing is an improvement on oil bearing. Hydraulic bearings have larger oil storage space than oil bearings and a unique loop oil supply circuit.
Single ball bearing:Single ball bearings are an improvement on traditional oil sealed bearings. The combination of sliding friction and rolling friction is actually a way to reduce the cost of double ball bearings by matching one ball bearing with one oil bearing.
Single ball bearings have low noise and long lifespan, overcoming the drawbacks of high noise, high cost, and high difficulty of double balls. They inherit the advantages of long lifespan of double balls and absorb the advantages of low noise of oil sealed bearings. It can be said to be the preferred bearing in low price range. Hydraulic bearings are comparable to them, with a lifespan of 40000 to 50000 hours. The advantage is that long-term use does not increase noise and does not require the addition of lubricants, After long-term use, the noise of single ball bearings increases slightly, and lubricating grease can be added to solve the problem. However, hydraulic bearings are not used, making them difficult and expensive.
Double ball bearings:Double ball bearings are relatively high-end bearings. There are several small steel balls in the bearing that revolve around the axis. When the fan or axis rotates, the steel balls follow suit. Because they are all spheres, the friction force is small and there is no problem of oil leakage.
The advantage of a dual ball fan is that it has a longer lifespan, approximately 50000 to 100000 hours; Good anti-aging performance, suitable for fans with high speed. The disadvantage of double ball bearings is their high manufacturing cost and the highest noise at the same speed level (because the friction point of the ball bearing has increased by two times).
Double ball wind bearings and hydraulic bearings have good sealing performance, especially double ball bearings.
The double ball bearing is completely embedded in the fan, and the rotating part does not come into direct contact with the outside world. In a sealed environment, the working environment of the bearing is relatively stable. Therefore, almost all large diameter fans with a speed of 5000 rpm use double ball bearings. Due to its unique return oil circuit, hydraulic bearings have a lower possibility of lubricating oil leakage
Ceramic bearings:Comparison of the performance of four bearing materials: ordinary bearing steel AISI52100 (GCr15), stainless steel AISI440 (9Cr18), silicon nitride (Si3N4), and zirconia (ZrO2). As an important mechanical foundation component, ceramic bearings, due to their unparalleled excellent performance compared to metal bearings, are at the forefront of the new material world in terms of high temperature resistance and super strength. In the past decade, ceramic bearings have been increasingly widely used in various fields of national economy and people's livelihood. They have characteristics such as high temperature resistance, cold resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, magnetoelectric insulation, oil-free self-lubrication, and high speed. It can be used in extremely harsh environments and special working conditions, and can be widely used in aviation, aerospace, navigation, petroleum, chemical, automotive, electronic equipment, metallurgy, power, textiles, pumps, medical equipment, scientific research, national defense and military fields. The rings and rolling elements of ceramic bearings are made of all ceramic materials, including zirconia (ZrO2), silicon nitride (Si3N4), and silicon carbide (Sic). The retainer is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon 66, polyether imide, zirconia, silicon nitride, stainless steel, or special aviation aluminum, thereby expanding the application range of ceramic bearings
Magnetic bearing:Magnetic bearing uses magnetic force to suspend the rotor in the air, so that there is no mechanical contact between the rotor and stator. The principle is that the magnetic induction line is perpendicular to the magnetic levitation line, and the shaft core is parallel to the magnetic levitation line, so the weight of the rotor is fixed on the running track. The almost unloaded shaft core is used to support the anti magnetic levitation line direction, forming the entire rotor suspended on the fixed running track.
